Around the World on the ClimbMill

Challenge the ClimbMill from a different angle today with the “Around the World” game.
(Attention – this exercise is not suitable for beginners and requires balance and coordination on the machine.)

  1. Walk 1 minute each (Start on a low level and slowly work your way up, keeping it at a safe speed)
  2. 1min Straight up
  3. 1min Sideways Left
  4. 1min Backwards (slowly)
  5. 1 min Sideways right
  6. 1 min double step straight kick backs.
