Abs, butt and thighs (ABT) is a 30 minutes express class that is perfect for a quick workout that burns. This class is a combination strength, muscle tone and HIIT exercises and is a great way to hit those stubborn areas! Taken by some of your favorite Bluefit instructors namely Izzy, Rita, Andrea and Fabiola, you will leave the class with your glutes warm and a a smile.

Any skill level is welcome to this to participate in this class, we encourge attendees to push to their own limits. For a challege why not try a combination of FX30 followed by ABT! Please refer to our group fitness timetable for class times.
