Reformer Pilates is a great way to build your core strength to help flatten your tummy. Similar to mat pilates, Reformer Pilates uses the reformer beds to add extra resistance for a more intense workout.

Terms and Conditions:

Classes are limited to 10 people only. No refunds will be issued for classes missed or change of mind. To secure you booking you must pay for your course at the time of booking. Classes will still run on public holidays. You can only attend the class you are booked into. No make up sessions available. The course fee is an additional cost on top of your existing membership fee.
