Breaststroke Swimming Techniques

Our team members from BlueFit Swimming have put together a video to share you on some techniques to include in your next swim session.

1. Push off the wall for a streamlined start.
2. Follow the correct stroke coordination = kick, glide, pull and breathe.
3. Knees remain close together, both elbows and knees don’t go wider than shoulder with.
