Group Fitness Timetable
All bookings must be made through the BlueFit Health Club app which you can download by clicking the link below. Classes will be available to book 1 week before the scheduled time. We will continue to review the timetable each week and adjust it based on demand.
How do I book a class?
- Download the app here
- Login using your credentials.
- Scroll down to find the timetable tile.
- Select ‘See all’ to view the daily schedule.
- You can click on the class image to find out more about the session.
- Click ‘Book’ beside your desired class to book straight in.
- To cancel your booking, click “delete booking”.
- Once you have booked into your class you will be be sent a reminder prior to the class so ensure to have your push notifications turned on.

Abs, Butt & Thigh (Moderate) |
ABT stands for abs, butt and thighs. This class will help you shrink and define your tummy, waistline, hips, thighs and buttocks in an intense 30 minute class. | 30 mins |
Abs and Stretch (Moderate) |
A class designed to tone your abs and improve your core strength. It includes various abdominal exercises and is followed by 30 minutes of stretching to ensure you are feeling flexible and energized. | 30 mins |
Aqua (Low – Moderate) |
A great interval workout for anyone using minimum impact to develop strength and fitness. Burn and unbelievable amount of calories. | 45 mins – 1 hour |
Basic Reformer (Low) |
Reformer Pilates involves the use of a Pilates reformer machine to give a more intense and dynamic workout than mat based Pilates. 30 minute introductory classes free for all members. | 30 mins |
Barre (Low) |
A 45 minute class using a Ballet Barre, BARRE mixes Dance, Pilates & Yoga for a total body workout. | 45 mins |
LesMills Body Combat (Moderate – High) |
Pre-choreographed Les Mills class combining elements of boxing, karate, kung fu, capoeira & other martial arts. This non-contact workout to exhilarating music helps to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burns loads of calories & is suitable for all fitness levels. | 55 mins |
LesMills Body Pump (Moderate) |

Fit & Fabulous (Low – Moderate) |

Pilates (Moderate – High) |

Pursuit (High) |
30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on a bike. Intense bursts of energy for sprints and climbs with rests in between that prepare you for the next effort. A short and intense class that will burn calories for hours. | 30 mins |

Tabata (High) |
Tabata consists of short, intense periods of aerobic exercises & less intense recovery periods. Scientifically proven to burn fat faster and dramatically increase fitness levels. Intense 45 minutes. | 45 mins – 1 hour |
Yoga (Low – Moderate) |
