The Lane Cove Council is seeking community feedback on the operating and management model for the Greenwich Baths via a short survey.
The Greenwich Baths have been a popular swimming spot on the Harbour foreshore for decades.
The Baths have been managed and operated by a third party, under a lease agreement, on behalf of Council for more than 20 years.
A new five-year lease agreement is being considered by Council, and they want to hear from the community about what is important to you!
Council is open to hearing from the community on all options.
For clarity, BlueFit presented options 1 and 2 to the council as part of a management application process.
We note that option 3 has been added as an option for community comment and includes all year-round free access to the Baths, however does remove the Beach Safety Program.
The survey is open for 28 days from 4 October 2023 until 01 November 2023.
