Reformer Pilates is Returning to 1-hour Sessions in September

Reformer Pilates is a fantastic way to engage your core and challenge your coordination. It involves the use of a Pilates reformer machine to give a more intense and dynamic workout than mat-based Pilates!

As of September 7th these classes resumed to 60-minute sessions. To book please contact lanecove@bluefit.com.au
