Welcome back from the Easter holiday break to all our swimmers!
Our squad swimmers here at Lane Cove had a very busy end to the summer season. Representing the Lane Cove Swimming Club (LCSC) we had multiple swimmers competing at the Swimming NSW Junior State Championships and the Australian Swimming National Age Championships, with fantastic results.
Our Winter Squad program will continue to operate as per normal in our indoor 25m heated pool. The winter season is also the short-course (25m) racing season. Short course racing is all about skills (dives, turns & underwater work), our training over winter will be reflective of this.
In association with the LCSC we have many competitive and non-competitive events on offer over winter.
