This year Women’s Health Week will be held from Monday 4th of September to Friday 8th September.
Women’s Health Week is an entire week dedicated to raising awareness around all things women’s health, including but not limited to hormones, PCOS, menopause, cervical screenings, heart health, etc.
We know that the pre-mentioned conditions affect many of the women in our community which is why we’ve teamed up with Support The Girls for the entire week! From Monday 4th to Sunday 10th of September, we will be running a toiletry drive alongside our popular and women led group fitness classes!
As part of the toiletry drive we are collecting a range of toiletries, including:
- Hair Shampoo
- Hair Conditioner
- Body Wash
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Roll-on Deodorant
Our team is asking that if you have any of the above items and would like to donate them to women in need, to please leave these items with our reception team at the BlueFit Health Club. While you drop off these essential items, feel free to pop into our group fitness classes!
Throughout the week we will be highlighting Barre, Aqua, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, DanceFit, Body Pump and Cardio Boxing!
Additionally if you have any bras that fit the Support The Girls requirements please feel free to donate these as well! For further information please click here.
