The following are the days and times for each yoga session:

Flow – Tuesday 7:30 pm and Thursday 11:30am with Allanah

Vinyasa Flow with a touch of Power Yoga- Wednesday 10:30 am and Friday 10am with Vien

Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and Pranayama – Saturday and Sunday with Ericka
