The Spa area begun works in September for roof replacement and maintenance works to the filtration equipment.
Unfortunately, there were some delays with the fabrication of the principal beam to support the new glazing structure. It has now been installed and works continue to progress.
While this is happening works outlined below can be achieved:
- Rectify the damaged ceiling grid
- Electrical works
- Construction of the new ventilation duct
- Preliminary installation of the ventilation system
