What is involved in the session?
Our trainers will take you through a series of demonstrations and exercises surrounding correct form and technique when lifting at the gym. We’ll give you all the tools to get started or continue on with your journey to gain strength, muscle and ultimately, turn all of this into POWER!
Exclusive group training sessions
Sessions will be limited to 15 participants per session.
Can anyone do it?
It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone can participate in this session! If you do have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please be sure to let your trainer know about them before your session.
